Does anyone know if there's a way to change the direction of the headlight aim on a 2004 X5 (non-xenon) or do you have to buy the stickers and change it the old fashioned way?
Im my M5 there is a cover on top of the headlamp that exposes a little lever which changes the headlamp angle for exaclty this. Have a look in the manual as it is all explained there.

those are xenons. For halogens, you have to use the stickers.
I took the car into BMW today and althought it took them some time they did find a switch for the Halogen lights. You have to unscrew the cap behind the light assembly and you'll see a small level. Push it up and the lights will be setup for European driving.
