A little more info might help mate.
It sounds like you want to connect your phone to the on board BT module and make and receive calls via BT?
First you need to connect your BT enabled phone to the car so when you get in the car your phone connects to the ULF (BT Module) and calls get answered by your phone but are passed (via BT) through to the cars audio system (same goes for making calls), It's all explained in the BT manual that you get with the other car documents.
Paring Process.
Get the BT ulf code from the documentation (or the side of the ULF).
Turn Bluetooth on the phone and set to show to all,
Press and hold the Pair button (centre console, not MFSW)
Turn on ignition to stage 1 (radio crt)
Wait 3 seconds,
Release pair button,
ULF should beep,
The display should say "pairing"
Turn on search for bt devices on the phone, it should now find the ULF "BMWJU67890"
Insert the ULF code (on the phone)
Accept (on phone)
You should hear a beep to confirm pairing,
Turn off ignition to save pair on ULF

You have several choices of aftermarket (nokia, parrot, SE; all do a BT phone kit), and OEM, Dealer, Martin@Navman Breakers, or DIY.Cheers,
Dealer, you are looking at in excess of £1000
Navman, £600/£700 depending on exchange rate
Breakers, £150/£300 depending on what they charge
DIY, £150/£200 depending on getting the bits cheap (like I did).
Nokia, SE, parrot etc... £50 to £200 depending on how much compatibility you want.
I made my own BT loom as I didn't fancy paying a dealer £120 for the harness.
When I did mine the Total outlay is approx £180, sound quality is much better than that of the nokia kit and I now have full integration with the MFSW/ Satnav display, as well as voice control, the phone book has transfered and you can use the buttons on the display to call and receive calls.
Well pleased with the results.
The beauty of doing my own DIY loom was that its bespoke, all the inputs/outputs are self contained in the bespoke loom, unlike the OEM BT loom which picks up inputs from all over the car (power/switched power/gnd/i-bus/tel on/mute etc), I've made few of these bespoke looms now and have had very good results.
