help me value this car BMW E30 320i

Hi All,

I recently bought a 1985 2 door Met Bronze (Gold!)BMW e30 320i auto to go round Europe for a laugh with some friends. My friends have now decided its not big enough (I think they might have a point)

The car in question has done 55750 miles...with all previous MOTs and service history to back this up. I have just had it serviced with a full health check so it is running perfectly. The guy I bought it from is giving up driving and had owned it for 21 years. Body work is pretty sound...very small amount of rust starting to appear at the rear arches but overall quite amazing considering its age.

So what do you think...do I keep it as a toy for myself (my wife will kill me on this option) or what shall I advertise it for?

320 auto is IMO the worst of all worlds; as poor MPG as the 325, and slow slow slow, yet still not cheap insurance like the 318;

so no matter how good your particular example, it is not a desireable version. Old people would normally be a good target market, but they realised years ago that Jap are cheaper to run.

How much MOT/tax?

If you want an absolute (blind) guess on it's value - 600 GBP?
