330d SE or 325d M Sport

Well this is an interesting voyage through the BMW range
Forgetting about any goodies to add on these 2 models are roughly the same price.
The 330 has a bit more power and I suspect the M Sport may handle better (though haven't done a back to back comparison)
Useage will be...daily commute into central London from Greater London, fortnightly weekend round trips of c500miles mostly motorway, towing a boat say twice per month.
present vehicle Impreza WRX STi with Prodrive goodies
What would be your choice

Bog E90 325d gives 197 bhp.
Bog E90 330d gives 231 bhp.

I believe a DMS 325d is quoted around 245 bhp so if I were you I'd go for the 325d M Sport and then DMS it.

Yes, the m sport model will always be in demand come resale time too.

or go with the 330d and DMS it and get 270+bhp! add front aero lip and the OEM 19" alloys and your onto a sure-fire winner!

ESS will extract 290BHP from the 330d and 280bhp from the 325d, both with a massive 600NM.... remember they are the same engine, one is de-tuned, both 3 litres.

Yes they are the same engine, are they the same turbo, injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump etc tho?!

I understand according to ESS 98% is the same... it's an ECU de-tune...
