prices of non sport 328i e36s

Im looking at buying a 1997 328i (non sport) full leather, climate control 17" BBS wheels pretty tidy overall with 138k on the clock. In montreal blue (i think) just serviced, new brakes all round, tax and mot may. done 138k, FSH, 2 owners what do you reckon its worth?

definitely been looked after. seen a few go for £1500 the guy wants £2000 ono reckon that is reasonable??
