E36 and LSD's?

Hello. Just wondering if someone could outline which models of the e36 3 series had limited slip diffs? Basically, im only wondering about the 6 cylinder motors so the 320, 323, 325 and 328 as i know the M3 had one.

Standard on 328 up to 1996 iirc, then it became optional on it.

I believe it was also an option on other cars in the range too - realoem lists an LSD for a 323i

325 models had them as well ....and also I think the odd 318is ( although that's a smaller diff as it's a 4-cyl )
