5 Series Wheels onto a 3 Series??

Hi,
I want to upgrade my 3 series with a set of 18" wheels of a 5 series.
The wheel nuts seem to match (can anyone confirm this though?) but it's the rim size that concerns me.
On the 3 series the largest available from BMW is 8.5 x 18 (rears) and usually 8 x 18 (fronts) however the ones I want to put on are 9 x 18 rear and 8 x 18 front.

Will these fit okay?
