Is it possible to enter a multi stop trip, as I used to do in my Navman?
As far as I can tell so far you can only enter take me from A to F, and say whether you prefer motorway / non motorway / shortest / fastest.

Ideally I'd like to plot take me from A to F via B,C,D and E. Mainly so that I can choose nice roads, rather than taking the most direct route. Possible?

No. Best bet is just to have a look at the route before you go and then tell the car to go the shortest route to waypoints you set yourself.
