100k mile 330cd

Hi there, I'm currently looking for a 330ci/330cd and have come across a very nice example of a 330cd.

Now some questions for those of you in the know:

1) Its done about 100k miles, but looks clean as a whistle and goes well too. I'm thinking that its mainly had a life on the motorways. But should the mileage be a problem?

2) And is there anything in particular to look for?

3) Its got a full service history, but doesn't appear to have had an Inspection 2. Again is this a problem?

Turbo issues, buy a warranty from some where.. Check bmwland.co.uk for turbo issues on said car.

I thought only the turbos went on a certain model/year?

I've owned an e46 330d (2002 saloon) for over 2 years now. Bought it at 97k miles, now at 127k miles. No big issues at all with it, and still on the original injectors and turbo.

330d is much stronger than the 320d.

What price is the 330cd at out of interest. They seem to hold their values VERY well.

Just bought for a little over £12300 from a dealer. Its got a F(BMW)SH, is fully loaded (was a BMW demo) and has lived its life going up and down the M1.
Sounds a bargain to me, oh and its an 04 plate facelift too!

It should have had at least one, if not two, Inspection 2s if its FBMWSH.
Check the service history again.
They're a great car.

Budget a little on getting the suspension bushes changed if they've never been done before and possible a turbo at some stage.

Yeah - I had my second Insp 2 at around 107k iirc.
