E36 328 convertible info needed

Hi, i have been offered the above with 103,000 1996 with ac snicher(sp) wheels and a hardtop clip on for £3500, good price?

also if I buy it I will be wanting to replace the frount seats/whole interior (bit worn)

anywhere I can get good condition seats? will E46 seats fit?

Best bet would be to ring FAB and they will be able to tell you one way or another whether they fit or not. (although I think they are closed over the weekend)

I would imagine they fit (physically) but the mounts might need modifying.
