E46 318i Problem

Hi Guys
having a bit of a problem with my 99 318i. Every time I start the car after it siting for over an hour the car judders and has little to now power. After driving for 50 - 100 meters the car starts to perk up and runs better. I do have a slight oil leek (1 liter every 6 weeks) but I regularly top the oil level up with the correct oil, the dipstick never shows below half and is topped up to just below max. Water levels and temperature is fine.
Car is on 107k. Any ideas before I go to a garage?
