BMW Service Costs

Hi

I'm currently looking into getting a 1998-2000 E36 convertible and am just trying to get an idea of what an annual service would cost.

Any figures would be appreciated.

Depends which one it is. Servicing goes oil/inspI/oil/InspII/Oil etc.
Also depends if indpendent or main dealer. If you go main dealer, take your own oil (the right spec of course), and also ask for the 4+ discount for 4 year old cars.

Ring a few places as they will all vary, and will all improve their pricing.

For that car I would go specialist. Just had an Insp 1 on my M5 by my local specialst and their attention to detail is amazing.
I know for a fact you would not get that kind of care at a main dealer. They would double the price and put in half the effort.

2 chaps there, the owner is Richard. Both ex-BMW tech's natrually. He is happy to just give advice over the phone about anything BMW related.
You wont do any better - honestly.
