Scuffed leather seats

Due to some scumbag looking for an ipod, when they broke my window and climbed over the driver seat they forgot to bruch away the glass. The laether is scuffed with some sticky up pieces... Any recommendations to repair?

If you have tears then it will require a re-trim.
