interior heater fan problems

For the last month of so my heater fan keeps staying on tho key is not in ignition, It didnt happen when i first brought the car starting to happen now. I changed my headlight bulbs could it have anything to do with that? If anyone can help me please thanks very much im clueless thanks dan

This will be your final stage resistor. It needs changing and is very common. It costs about £50.
