Hi,

I am picking up a 523i on tuesday touchwood and would like some sources for tuning ideas, have tried serching the beemer forums and google but no joy frown

Why not pick up a more powerful version to start with? You'll probably spend a grand just trying to take it to the level of a 528.

What he said. Just buy a 528 or even a 530. It will work out cheaper in the long run.
