Yes!
If you use the appropriate spacer...which MUST also be hubcentric (and proper ones aren't cheap).
I ran mine on those (e36 328i Sport wheels) for the entire duration of my six year ownership...only changed to standard 16" and 15" E30 M3 wheels prior to sale.
Tyre wise, after much research on E30 M3 forums, I settled on 235 at the back and 215 at the front (can't remember the aspect ratios off the top of my head at the moment as I think front and rear were different IIRC...but I can look it up if you need). Some people would also run 235 all round.

Yes...that's right I forgot to mention...you will definitely need longer wheel bolts.
I hadn't realised the bolts were longer and when I then finally swapped to conventional E30 M3 wheels and tried to back the car out of my garage I thought the handbrake had seized on. I hadn't realised the longer bolts were so long that they were actually stopping the back wheels from rotating at all! Took a while for the penny to drop!

Dunno...but apparently a friend of mine told me the vendor absolutely refused to post to him or even package them for a courier as he was interested in them for his 328i Sport as a second set. Given that I think they're in Devon and he's in Fife it wasn't really viable.
You want some really decent photos of the outer polished parts by the cross bolts as these wheels are so often corroded due to water ingress under the lacquer on that part.
It's then either difficult or expensive to find anyone to refurbish them properly.

Looking at the pictures on ebay i would say that those wheels have already been apart, the laquer has been removed and an attempt has been made at repolishing the outer rims, they do not look to be highly polished. Spacers and longer bolts will probably set you back over £100 so bear that in mind.
