E91 330d Software Upgrade/ Ipod install

I just recently had an ipod install carried out by my BMW Dealer and since then the Car seems to perform differently. Is it possible they would do a system update that would affect the Engine Map?

If it helps the jobsheet had all sorts of references to resets inc Steering centreing etc

Yes they sometimes wipe over the old maps. If it's been remapped in the past, you may have lost it.
