G3 Alarm system required (Serpi Star)

Hi,
Looking to replace the damaged immobiliser/alarm system on my Lamborghini Diablo.
The fobs used in the G3 BMW system (Serpi Star) are identical to mine (Serpi Star 420).
Does anyone know whether it's possible to obtain a complete system?
Am informed that Serpi Star went out of Business years ago.
