Suitably aware of the forum name and shame rules...

IMC have a few cars I'm potentially interested in but a quick search on PH suggests opinon is somewhat divided between the 2 extremes as to what the place is like.

Be grateful for any 'general' comments, or PMs if you have specifics...

I found their aftersales utterly appauling.

Conversely some highly praise thier loyalty. Sadly my experience was one of complete gratuitous neglect.

This contect may be deleted but my advice would be to find a car with a BMW warranty as theirs wasn't worth toffee. Use them to get rid of your banger and never come back.

My car came from them - although i didn't actually buy it myself, i bought it from a friend who bought it from them. I've herd plenty of people mention stories like the two above so if someone could mail me through my profile as to enlighten me i'd be very very greatful.

I`d say avoid too. A mate looked at buying an M3 through them and found them very expensive for examples which were`nt particularly nice in respect of history and specification. Unprofessional I have heard too.
