upgrading E46 M3 TV to digital

Hi, I would like to upgrade my factory fitted TV in my E46 M3 to digital. Does anyone know how to? Wear to buy the parts? Who does it? etc etc. Also does anyone know when the wonderful government turn off terestrial TV and switch to digital will our in car TV's still work. I ahve been told they will not? Help! I have looked on the net and the difference in cost for a digital box seems to differ alot and there is no way to check compatibility? Can anyone shed any light on this?

I think terestial is turned off sumtime time in 2012,i forgot about all the cars fitted with TV like me 03 M3,its gona cost a bomb to fit a digital tuner to my car
