Thinking about a 525i M Sport, input welcome!

Sounds like excellent value and will be a wonderful car. I'd usually recommend a 530i instead as they cost to the same to run but I suspect you wont find one for this money.

I thought so too, i have considered and looked at a couple of 5's and most of them are SE's for this sort of money with the odd M Sport availble but the M Sports at this money are a bit abused. Have you or do you know anyone that has driven a E60 525i? I have also posted this in the general gassing forum, i have booked a test drive so i will keep you posted!

Not driven it, no, but its 214bhp so it's not going to be gutless. I drove the E39 525i before I bought my 530i and the performance was best described as acceptable rather than lightning but this had the older 192bhp engine.
