Big brake kit on e46

Would any one know if the 001 st40 332 x 32 stop tech big break kit fits onto a 325ci sport. They are on a 4 DOOR 328I E46 at moment and he has put spacers on so calipers do not touch wheels.I do not want to put spacers on really.My car has been lowered and has 19" wheels on. What do you think.
