New model 1 series - any recent info ?

Hi All.
As usual pondering a replacement for my 1er (yes I know
) - options being to get a facelift version of the current model or hang on for a 'while' (key point being how long this is !?) and wait for the new one. Anybody got any up to date info on dates/engines etc ?
