Squeaky X5 door cards

The front door cards on my 2001 X5 are squeaking against the dash, the plastic clips on the leading edge of the door won't hold the card securely. I've fitted new clips with no change.
Is there anything else that should be in with the clips, like grommets or something? Or another type of clips that I could try?

The sqeaking is driving me mad, all the other clips hold securely but the front of both doors is loose.
