I own a BMW clubsport 330ci 2004.

does anybody know the best way to sell a car with finance!?

i have owned this brilliant car for 2 years but still have 3 yrs left on the finance contract. When i brought the car i was young and stupid, and agreed to a 60month deal, bloody salesman! lol. now 2 yrs on i need a change.

Pay off the finance, otherwise tough. It's not yours to sell at the moment.

You can advertise the vehicle for sale and get the buyer to pay for it with a debit card direct to finance company. Then, both you and the buyer are confident about the deal.

In which case you must have paid more than half the total charges and can hand it back ?
Check your paperwork . . . unless the car was more than £25k in which case it doesn' apply.

Erm, No. Just because it is worth about what he owes, does not mean he's half way thru the amount owed.
