M5 mirrors on a 528i

I'm considering some for my 528i SE, any idea how much these will be or any other mirrors that are availible for the E39 which are a bit sleeker than the standard fit ones? Would they be easy to swap over, considering my current ones are electric?

Replica's are widely available with BMW plugs, straight swop. Only get folding if you already have that function.

I'd do this myself if it wasn't so hugely expensive. The replicas are pretty crap quality, and many of them don't give you proper electric adjustment on the mirror glass itself and some don't even fit right so you'd need to use genuine BMW ones.

And as for the price of those.... *wince*

Thought as much price wise, I can't help thinking that the standard ones are a tad boxy when compared to the car though.

Indeed, visually its the only fault. I won't pay silly money though, angel eyes and rear lights are top of my list and thats £550 at least.
