i-pod interface

Does anyone have one of the new fourth generation i-pod Nano and the BMW interface ? Reading the reviews for the Nano on Amazon, some are suggesting that they don't recharge through some docks and interfaces like previous Nano models did, and I wonder if that includes the BMW interface. I have a 2005 E61 with single slot CD and i-pod connector in glove box. Has anyone tried the 4th generation Nano with the BMW interface. If it doesn't recharge, I would not want to buy one - It would be a real pain to have to take it out of the car to recharge it every few days.

if the new Nano has the same charging interface as the iphone 3G, then it won't charge using the BMW ipod interface.
