Any New "Packs" Being Released for the 1 Series?

Hi Guys

I am expecting delivery of my 123D 3 door M Sport in early March, but I was wondering if any of you knew of any new "packs" that are likely to be released shortly?

When my friend at work got his 5 series recently there was a Business Media Pack for £350 which included the sat nav and the cd changer, and looking now at the 5 series there is a Visibility Package, a Media Package and a Luxury package.

It's not fair!

The current 5 series is reaching end of life therefore BMW will push 'deals' to encourage the continued sales of this model. The Business Nav and changer 'pack' has been running on and off most of '08. The media package has been around pretty much since the e60 5 series came out, and the luxury package is on SE models and adds leather and a few toys.

The one series has the dynamic pack (for non M Sport models) and the comfort pack.

I guess BMW pull the most common options together to encourage people to take more. For example, on a 5 Pro Nav is £1825, but go for the media pack for £2345 and you get bluetooth (pretty much an essential), cd changer (post people would opt for the USB port instead so not so useful), voice control (have it and never used it)

I wouldnt get hung up on it - my only advice would be, get the options *you* want, not what the dealer tells you the next buyer will want.
