Are X5 xenon lights adjustable for the continent?

I've just bought a 9 month old X5 (E70) with xenon lights and need to drive it on the continent. Can anyone tell me whether the xenons are switchable for driving on the right hand side of the road or do you have to apply stickers to the lenses. Unfortunately the dealer has misplaced the owners handbook so I can't look in there. Also does anyone know if there is a pdf of the UK version of the E70 X5 owners handbook on the internet anywhere? I've found the US version but that's not much use in this case.

The e53 ia via a couple of rubber plugs on top of the headlamp unit. Pull them off and move the levers to the opposite way to what they are for UK.

Have a look. They are pretty obvious.
