looking to buy a used 3 series

happy new year!!!

would be most grateful for any advice re the following cars... am looking for 318/320 petrol. the budget is variable and having searched through autotrader the two following cars stood out. i am looking for a reasonably high spec one with leather interior.

the car is advertised at 17599....what would be a reasonable price...was thinking about 15000

am interested in both cars but wondered what people thought about the prics that I am suggesting.
