I have not driven my 325 for about three months and its just been sitting on my drive, it started fine first time today but the brakes seem to hardly work and sounds like they are rubbing against something, I drove about 50 meters and then back to the drive.
In this situation do I just need to drive it a bit and keep breaking to get things going again or is it a trip to the garage to have something done ?

It sounds like rust build-up on the discs. Find a quiet road with no one else on brake hard a few times should clear it. Read this on PH somewhere a while ago and it worked on my old mans car which has sat for a while as he broke his leg at xmas
If that doesn't work it could be capillars (sp) seized, but try driving it first, if it is the brakes will be binding on.
Although it might not be a good idea to do this outside tonight, its quite slippy here already.
