LL04 5W/30

Opie oils will supply it for a good price from various brands.

They are not too bad to be honest. I paid £12 for a litre from sytners parts desk, just ask for a discount. That is cheaper than halfrauds

yikes pretty sure you need thick end of 8 litres for an oil change ! yikes

in the trade club Genuine Audi oil (Quantum) same spec is only £28 for 5 litres , it too is 5/30 longlife oil , the Audi stuff is good for 25,000 miles on the tdis so I will be tempted to use this ???

Should we take up a collection to get the punctuation and caps keys fixed on your computer? Maybe I'm thick (OK, so no maybe about it) but I can't make heads or tails out of your post.smile

Assuming you need a LongLife-04 oil (because of the particulate filter) have a search for Mobil ESP on ebay - you should be able to buy it for £10/litre shipped to your door.

Where's the cheapest to get it? I could do with a couple of litres to have around for topping up.

Are the 3.0d units thirsty for oil? Only done 200 miles in mine, so no idea if it drinks or not yet.

I bought a litre of the Castrol 0-30 LL04 yesterday from Scothalls in Ruislip for 15 quid looking at the Opie website it's 14 quid on there, doesn't seem a bad deal from the stealer suprisingly.
