Been having an ongoing issue with car,
bit of back ground, it is a 2002 325 sport saloon 28000 miles. just had full inspection 2 & MOT so no issue with immisions,
For the last 6 months every now and then a yellow warning light comes on, out line of an engine, book states emmeisions outwith range. see above they are fine. I have been keeping track of this and I have found out something quite bizzar!!!!.
If i start with no light on, fill up with 95ron petrol out of morrisons light will come on within 50 miles & stays on, run tank down fill up with shell 95ron & light goes out after 200 miles or so. stay on shell & no light at all, fill up at morrisons and , yip it is back on again.
I know easy answer fill up with shell all the time, I pass a shell station every day & it is the same price so no worries, BUT has anyone any idea why this would be happening?
