hi guys, this question has probably been asked many times but i'm just coming over to the bm forum having spent the last eight years on tvr!

has anyone purchased an 01-02 with more than 100k miles? there seems to be many of them coming up and seem to be selling. i would be grateful for the feedback,

I have a 56 plate diesel - so not prejudiced against them.

A colleague had an earlier car with the lower power out engine (c218bhp v c230bhp?)

After spending about £5K on it he got rid and now has an AUdi A6.

Injectors needed doing as did air con unit amongst other things.

On that basis, if getting a diesel over 100K miles I would be looking for recent bills for engine work.
