Opinions of main dealers in the South West

Okay, the Z4M needs an oil service soon...

Now, my local 2 main dealers are Swindon (dick Lovett) and Bath (wellsway)..

Ive heard some negative comments against the Dick Lovett group generally (and had some bad experiences) but none relating to the BMW dealers..

However, the Bath dealership seems impossible to get through to the service dept, let alone book in.. and if thats the service level to book in, who knows with the service!

So, does anyone have any personal experience of either and any reccomendations?

Never had a problem with DL BMW Bristol (My E39 M5 and my brother's E60 M5), I'd assume Swindon would be run similarly. DL Porsche Bristol have looked after my Porsche for the last 7 years and they've been exellent.
