Side Airbags and Child/Baby Seats

Just waiting for my 5 series to arrive but it's just occurred to me that the rear side airbags might be a problem with child/baby seats. Is this a problem, do I need to get them disabled or are they designed with the seats in mind? Is there isofix in the centre seat?

I'm not intimately familiar with the current 5. The side curtain bag in the roof are of the car should not be a problem. However, if you have the optional rear airbags that fit in the rear doors, then these may be a problem. It does vary from car to car, so check the handbook. However, I do think you will need to have the rear bags deactivated.
