E53 X5 Nav update help

[Extra 300 Driver]

Hi folks,

I am just about to pick up an early 2001 X5. I think it has the MKI NAV system but it has never been updated. Is it just as simple as loading the V32, or what ever, disc in to the drive? Or is there a NAV database update and an OS update too?

Simple instructions would be really appreciated,

Thanks
