As per title, is this stuff any good? Any noticeable difference from those who've tried it?

It'd it and it make no noticeable difference.

Unless it a turbo and tweaked it's a waste of money and time on modern cars.

As above, will make sod all difference! Your best bet is to use high RON fuel such as a good super unleaded or V-Power. The gain's provided by these are debateable too tho however.
I'm sure my 330ci's happier on 97+ RON fuel than it is on 95 RON, seem to get an extra 1 -2 mpg too!?

I always run tesco 99 in my 330, bmw state in the owners handbook to run the car on 98 ron

Will only be better if you map your car to suit the higher octane, otherwise NO

Thats wrong its to do with the engine mapping/ timing and nothing to do with it being a turbo or not. However you can obviously get bigger gains from a turbo.

yep i looked befor i said anything. think its on page 23 of the hand book.

My '98 540 says anything between 91-98 RON.

I used to feel a huge difference in my Saab 9-5 aero. I don't really think it has any real effect in a NA engine.

My 52 plate manual states 91 to 98 Ron.......

Seems to run great on 95 and 97....
