creaking noise from rear of '99 528iSE

My car's making an ungodly racket from the rear nearside if i'm on a bumpy road
or going over speed humps.

Strangely if it's on closed throttle it's much worse, can anyone point me in the right direction?

When you press on that corner and bounce the car the noise seems to come from just behind the brake disc

I'm assuming it's a suspension bush of some sort, how easy is it for D.I.Y
