E46 Multi cd help

I have just put in 6 disks in the multi cart in the boot. All the right way up.
I jumped in and only 4 shower up, so I went to the bot and pressed eject. Nothing but a brief try and stop.
I got back in and it is now saying no disks are in.
Back in the boot, still nothing. It looks as if disk 3 or 4 is still across.
Please help!!
