e28 lighting query

does anyone here know how to change the headlight bulbs on an e28? also, what are the best main beam bulbs that would be compatable?

i have one main beam bulb out, the rest of the driving lamps are fine but the front fogs also do not appear to work - are these easily changed and what type bulbs are they?

on the inside, there is no courtesy light, just a plastic cover over the blank. is it possible to fit and interior light? i don't care if it is linked to the door closures, i just need to be able to see in the cabin at night if required.
