Hi On the above car i can't seem to find the headlight ajuster, as most people at night keep flashing at me to turn my full beam off...

The lights are the blue ones forget the name

cheers

If it's fitted then I think it's on the panel with the headlight switch. Don't the xenons have self adjustment and hence no adjusting switch?

It may not be the adjustment of the lights though. I had the issue of people flashing lights at me when I had my E46 M3. The lights were self adjusting so no switch to change them. I had the alignment checked but all was well. They are just very bright lights and cause people to think you've got full beam on.

Below the light knob, you will find 2 roller switches, if you only find one, you have xenons and they have no manual adjustment.

The lights are the blue ones forget the name [they're Xenon High Intensity Discharge luminaires.]

I have a 10/2000 pre-facelift Touring with projector Xenon lamps for dipped beam. On the rear of the headlight units there are yellow knobs which adjust for driving on the right. You could twiddle with this, aprox 1/4 turn, as it might have been adjusted and then forgotten.
