HELP! Recalling ,

Sorry blank post. I need some help. I pressed 'Delete List' and it deleted all my past destinations. Is there any way at all I can get it back? Why the hell wouldnt it ask "Are you sure" in cases like this.

Well, I doubt there is anything like a recycle bin to recover them from. Was there a particular destination in there you can't remember or something?
