I have mixed views about the slush box. In the past I have been a die hard manual. Then after a spell with an E65 730d I quite liked the feeling of sitting comfortably and just moving one foot while my hands tinker with the idrive. Maybe its because I am getting older. I guess in an out and out sports car you would want manual or even flappy padel. But this is no sports car really is it.
I read about another SC Schnitzer 330i somehwere. I think that said it was a dealer fitted kit so I would guess they may leave the engine standard and just bolt the blower and carbon bits onto it. No idea about reliability but it cant be as reliable as a standard engine especially when you send people out of the dealers with a full warranty to go crazy and expect everything fixed for nothing afterwards.

Hmm don't see the point really. Couple of grand more will buy you a far superior M3 these days.
But I guess if you wanted an unusual bmw estate it would suit, but the supercharger doesnt seem to add a great amount of power, and makes it inherintly less reliable. This is certainly a niche car.
