E46 19" Rims help

Anyone know who does these rims and where I can get them from? Are they genuine BMW wheels or diff company with BMW centre caps?? Any info much appreciated/ Thanks

I'm no expert, but I don't think they are stock BMW wheels. They most definitely look aftermarket.

They aren't genuine BMW wheels. I also don't think they are very pleasant.
