Green tinge!

The picture on the sat nav in my X5 has gone a greenish colour when is use, making it difficult to view. It did this the other day but returned to normal over night. Now its back, can anyone shed any light?? Regards

Sounds like the Blue from the Red, Green and Blue is not working properly.

It could be the screen itself.
The Nav module
or the connector.


I would try unplugging the nav and putting the connector straight into the TV module.

This if it still has the problem you know it is either the wiring or the screen.
If it sorts it you will know it is the nav drive.

Have you tried tapping the screen when it goes green, if it flickers then it could be a connector or a dry joint somewhere?
