Chaps,
My motor turns over but is getting no fuel. It looked like the fuel pump relay had gone but this wasn't the case. Also the inline pump is getting power and primes very intermittently (like 1/100 tries with the ignition).
My question is what can cause this? My small amount of research highlighted cam/crank sensors as possible culprits. Could this be true?
Also does anybody know what other componenents are involved in the pump getting its go signal?
If it helps when the ignition is turned on but pump doesn't prime the temp sits right round in the red. When it does fire the DSC and I think DDE lights stay on (from memory). Is this related?
The car is in with my indie but i'm trying to help him out.
