Looks a very nice example. Having looked at prices of E30 325 sport (coupes) in the past, values seem to have risen or at worst held firm over the last few years. For a convertible and the fact it's an alpina with paperwork I wouldn't of thought it was excessively priced.

always difficult to answer whether its value for money, but it looks like a nice example (although its a "c", specc'd by Sytners rather then a "B3" built by Alpina themselves which I would pay a premium for

It has been for sale now a good few months. I noticed it when looking for my B3 and that was April / may time

Think it was previously advertised a £8K, or thereabouts, unless I am mistaken.

Not that expensive for a very good E30 from a specialist, expect to pay £3500 plus for a humble 318i Convertible in excellent condition and good provinence

Watch out for serious sill corrosion underneath the plastic sill covers on the M TECH II bodykits (all models).
I previously owned an '89 325i sport and whilst having some other work done it was discovered that both the inner and outer sills had severely corroded to the point that if I'd had an accident, the car could have folded in the middle!.
I queried this with My BMW dealership as they had MOT'd it a few months before and they informed me that they are not allowed to remove the sill covers for the MOT test.It turned out that the only bit of good metal left was where a small square inspection hole was!.
My advice to owners with plastic sill covers is to have them removed once a year to check the true condition of the sills. You never know,it might just save your life!.
