Good bodyshop near Hornchurch, Essex?

Living in Hornchurch, Essex and need to find a good repairers for my front bumper which has been scraped on a brick wall. Any of you guys know any good specialists? Help would be much appreciated as keen to avoid BMW Main Dealer as not going through insurance. Cheers.
