635CSi Highline - Brake Upgrade

Hello,
I'm putting my Highline back on the road and am thinking of upgrading the brakes. I quick surf around the web suggests that the things to do are use a E32 750i master cylinder and brake calipers/carriers from an E34 M5 3.8 (pref. 1995 model year, July 1994 onwards).

My question is, does anyone know of anywhere that would have these? I've googled and ebayed but can't find anything.

Last time i seen someone selling the 3.8 calipers and discs, they wanted £495 for them.

Try Quarry Motors or Fab Recycling , its where I got mine . You dont need E34 M5 Rears as the E34 540 are the same

Unfortunately I've had no joy finding any M5 brake calipers - anyone have any ideas?

The 840 Brembo front calipers are very popular for the E30 M3 and it's essentially the same hub I think. Pretty sure these'd work but finding them on the other hand....

Maybe 740 (E32) would also fit and be an advantage?

What you need are four calipers and four discs from an E32 7 Series. These are the same as the E34 540i and are a lot chunkier than the standard sad E28 type brakes you have at present. Recon on £70 for a set of decent calipers and £150 for a set of new Ate discs.

Thanks for all of your help. I have found (and bought) the brakes (calipers etc) from an E34 3.8 M5.
